Android O - What Does It Mean for Users?

It’s official, there are more than 2 billion Android devices on the planet! 

Over double that of iOS. In the UK, the iOS/Android market share is about half and half, but most other countries (with the exception of some English speaking and Scandinavian countries) are much more Android-heavy. In less developed countries, most Android devices in use are lower end, less powerful phones.

It makes sense then, that when Google announced the newest version of Android, they also announced a lighter OS called Android Go, with these types of devices in mind. For now, though, we’ll concentrate on the features of Android O.
